Dohring Hicks, MAI, President & CEO
Brenda Dohring Hicks is
founder and CEO of RealWired!, a consulting and software company.
RealWired!’s premiere product line includes ClientSpace, web based
collaborative software for document sharing, tasking, calendaring and
communicating, YouConnect, vendor management and process coordination
for appraisal, brokerage, asset & loan management and DataComp,
commercial real estate information tracking.
Brenda’s mission is to
“streamline the commercial real estate process” by focusing on process
and collaboration. She is a frequent speaker focusing on the
value of building “eco-systems” of cooperation and examining processes
and technology’s role in enhancing communication to expedite growth.

Sunda Scanlon, Vice President,
Sales & Implementation
As the Senior Vice President
of Sales, Sunda is responsible for developing operational efficiencies
within the company as well as managing the client support, training,
and client services for YouConnect, QuickConnect. Additionally, Sunda
has been tasked with developing infrastructure and operational
strategies in emerging markets. Sunda has been with the company since
2005 and possesses in depth knowledge of the products and business
processes of the company.

Jeff Hicks, DataComp & EDGE Product Development
Jeff is responsible for the
underlying technology and systems that support both the tactical and
strategic goals of the DataComp and Edge software. Jeff is a co-founder
of RealWired! and has been primarily involved in working in the area of
product design, testing, and customer data requests. Jeff is a
certified general appraiser in the State of Florida and has been the
president of the Dohring Group, a commercial appraisal firm in Tampa
for the past 18 years. Jeff has a BS degree in Real Estate from
Florida State University.

Adam Thomas, Consultant
Adam is
responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of our DataComp and
EDGE Products. He also provides consulting for
appraisal firms across in the country in productivity and efficiency
seminars. He brings with him over 6 years of sales experience and
has been with the company since 2008. Adam has a BS Degree in
Public Relations from Florida State University.

Barbara Phelps, Director of Implementation
As the Director of
Implementation, Barbara ensures proper deployment and implementation of
our appraisal report writing software, EDGE. Barbara provides clients
with online implementation sessions and makes sure clients have a solid
understanding of EDGE’s many capabilities. Additionally, she designs
software support materials including: audio visual aids, computer
training presentations and manuals.

John Rosario, Director of Customer Support
As
the Director of Customer Support, John works closely with clients to
ensure customer satisfaction. He manages client setup, support and
training for both our DataComp and EDGE software products and is
involved in product testing, customization and enhancements.
