many comp databases have come and gone over the years, DataComp© has been a
staple for thousands of appraisers in the U.S. in the past decade.

We
continue to develop and enhance DataComp© with new
features in keeping with needed efficiencies in a growing competitive
climate. We strive to implement new features built from appraiser's
feedback and suggestions.
The
next logical product development was Commercial Report Writing Software.
Based on extensive feedback from appraisers who simply utilize a word processing
software like Word or competing products, we learned what they liked and
did not like from the way they were doing things manually or from the
available applications. EDGE© is the result of this
collaborative effort.
What
we heard over and over from appraisers was to keep it simple. Complex
software solutions are too difficult to implement, setup and train
appraisers. Most appraisers are too busy to incorporate an
application that does not fit within their existing methods and processes,
and developing something “in-house” is very expensive and problematic to
support.
DataComp© and EDGE© work together to
