EDGE© is a very simple
to set up and use report writing solution. Your reports will look

"templates". EDGE© is an add-in program into Microsoft Word
and is a two part database and template builder. It utilizes your existing
appraisal report format (restricted, summary or self-contained) and
converts it to an automated template. EDGE© allows you to
create your own templates for specific types of appraisals, especially if
you have to use specific forms all the time.
An increase in
your appraisal production and consistency of appraisal product with reduced
